We could have never imagined such an amazing start to our practice in just a few years! In an effort to better serve and to continue caring for our loyal patients who greatly value their health, we are implementing changes to our services, prices, booking software and cancellation policy. 

Changes to Services

Effective October 1, 2021 we will offer one option of Gillespie Approach bodywork as a 30 minute session, priced at $70.

Adjustments as you know them, including pelvic blocking, thoracic/lumber adjustments, cervical stairstepping, cranial adjusting and organ work, etc. will be considered Advanced Adjustments, priced at $70. Individuals age 5 through adult can book an Advanced Adjustment. (very cooperative 3 & 4 year olds can also be scheduled for these adjustments)

We will also begin offering a Basic Adjustment at the cost of $50. A Basic Adjustment is an abbreviated session lasting 5-10min and will include pelvic blocking, thoracic/lumbar adjustments and cervical stairstepping each as indicated. Infants, toddler or any child too active to be adjusted with pelvic blocks will be booked as a Basic Adjustment.

Therapy Bundle Discount

We will continue the therapy bundle discount of $20 off for patients who book both a chiropractic adjustment and Gillespie Approach bodywork session for a limited time.  Therapy bundle discounts will be available until December 31, 2021.

New Booking System

Starting October 1, 2021 we will be moving to a new booking system which includes electronic intake forms! This will require all patients, NEW and EXISTING, to fill out an electronic intake form! We hope this will help to streamline our office so we can focus our attention on you and your family! Please take time to fill out a new form BEFORE October. A link to the forms can be found on our website under the “patient info” tab.

Updated Cancellation Policy

If you’re already booked after October 1, we will be manually moving these appointments to our new booking software’s calendar for you. Your appointment time will not change. 

Please understand that we do not over book our schedule to cover for patients cancelling at the last minute or not showing up. We reserve your appointment time for you specifically. If you cancel on short notice, don’t show up, or show up very late – that is time lost where we could have served another patient.

We understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, but in our desire to be respectful to all patients and maintain a viable practice, the following policies are honored.

CANCELLATIONS

Beginning Oct 1, 2021   24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. Giving 24 hours notice allows us the opportunity to fill the opening in our schedule from the wait list. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount will be either charged to your credit card on file, sent as an invoice to your email, or you may be asked to pay at your next scheduled appointment. 

NO-SHOWS

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “No-Show” and will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment. This amount will be either charged to your credit card on file, sent as an invoice to your email, or you may be asked to pay at your next scheduled appointment. 

LATE ARRIVALS

If you happen to arrive late for an appointment, your visit will be shortened and end at the originally scheduled time in order to accommodate other patients whose appointments follow yours.

Depending upon how late you arrive, we will have to determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for the full amount of your scheduled appointment.

 

Out of respect and consideration for Green Key Haven and other patients please plan accordingly especially during winter weather or times of heavy traffic/construction. We encourage you to arrive slightly early and wait in our front hall or just outside the front door if you prefer.
